How it works:
All plans include assistance across key BIM support topics:
Content Development: Families, templates, and libraries.
Model Health & Maintenance: Performance, clarity, and organization.
Documentation & Deliverables: Views, sheets, exports, and handoff standards.
Collaboration & Coordination: Consultant workflows, file exchanges, ACC/server structure.
Workflow Guidance: Troubleshooting, best practices, and process alignment.
Team Support: Direct help via email, or google meets screenshare sessions.
Plan Tiers:
Light: 10 hrs./month, for small teams or focused request.
Core: 20 hrs./month, balanced coverage for teams with ongoing projects and recurring needs.
Studio Partner: 34 hrs./month, priority access and faster turnaround.
All plans include time tracking and rollover of unused hours within the same quarter.
As Needed Hourly Support:
For one-off requests without a plan, our support is available on an hourly basis.
