Not every issue requires a new scope of work. Our Ongoing Support & Consulting plans keep your team covered for family requests, coordination checks, quick fixes, and troubleshooting without starting from scratch every time.

How it works:
All plans include assistance across key BIM support topics:

  • Content Development: Families, templates, and libraries.

  • Model Health & Maintenance: Performance, clarity, and organization.

  • Documentation & Deliverables: Views, sheets, exports, and handoff standards.

  • Collaboration & Coordination: Consultant workflows, file exchanges, ACC/server structure.

  • Workflow Guidance: Troubleshooting, best practices, and process alignment.

  • Team Support: Direct help via email, or google meets screenshare sessions.

Plan Tiers:

  • Light: 10 hrs./month, for small teams or focused request.

  • Core: 20 hrs./month, balanced coverage for teams with ongoing projects and recurring needs.

  • Studio Partner: 34 hrs./month, priority access and faster turnaround.

All plans include time tracking and rollover of unused hours within the same quarter.

As Needed Hourly Support:

For one-off requests without a plan, our support is available on an hourly basis.
